1. Cancellation Notice Period

Clients may cancel their orders without any penalties if they notify us at least 48 hours (2 days) before the shipment time.

2. Late Cancellation Fees

If a cancellation is made within 48 hours (2 days) of the shipment, 30% of the total shipment fee will be non-refundable. This fee covers the time and resources allocated for the preparation of your shipment.

Currently, there are no special conditions or exceptions to our cancellation policy. All clients are subject to the same terms and conditions as outlined above.
